Meetings

The meetings are practical and informal, with a high reputation for bringing together people with appropriate experience to work on focussed agendas. Each meeting has an experienced facilitator and attention is given to design and reporting – it’s a highly productive model, at the same time inexpensive, with no usage charges.

Participants

EHRF is dedicated to the needs of HR Directors, Function Heads, Country Heads and HR specialists - from all HR disciplines. EHRF is a resource for the company, the criterion for participation is contribution, relevant experience and responsibility for the subject under discussion, not status. Special provisions have been made to enable consultants and academics to participate.

Partnership

EHRF collaborates in projects and informal partnerships with other organisations sharing EHRF’s goals to advance the quality of HR practice. We greatly value our founding partnership with the Human Resource Planning Society in N.America, bringing together the best of HR practice from both sides of the Atlantic. We also greatly value our partnerships with Entreprise et Personnel in France, the College of Psychology in Spain, Laboratoire d’Entreprise in Belgium, the Australian HR Institute, Association of Management Education and Development, Canadian HR Planners, the European Foundation for Management Development, and the HRPS Affiliates in the USA. Regardless of affiliation or location, EHRF helps connect people with useful experience to share.
